OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Executive to join our team. The role combines sales expertise with technical knowledge, focusing on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and providing solutions tailored to customer requirements.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.</li><li>Identify customer needs and propose appropriate products and technical solutions.</li><li>Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.</li><li>Generate sales leads, follow up on inquiries, and close deals to achieve sales targets.</li><li>Collaborate with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure project delivery.</li><li>Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documents.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.</li><li>Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field..) is preferred.</li><li>Proven experience 2 years as a Sales Executive or in technical sales (preferably in steel or construction materials industry).</li><li>Strong technical understanding and ability to explain complex concepts to clients.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.</li><li>Fluent in English &amp; Arabic is MUST</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:Technical Sales: 2 years (Required)Driving License in Qatar (Required)Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects related to metal works, fencing, and construction. The role requires strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to meet deadlines.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Analyze project drawings, specifications, and client requirements</li><li>Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and quotations</li><li>Conduct quantity take-offs and material calculations</li><li>Coordinate with sales, design, and project teams</li><li>Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations</li><li>Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities</li><li>Prepare tender documents and support bid submissions</li><li>Ensure all estimates comply with company standards and client requirements</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of experience as an Estimator (preferably in metal works, fencing, or Steel)</li><li>Strong knowledge of materials, pricing, and market rates in Qatar</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in fencing, steel, or fabrication industry</li><li>Experience in tendering and contract documentation</li></ul>Language:English, Hindi, TamilJob Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>estimation in Metal field : 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
