We are looking for a Senior Sales &amp; Marketing Manager to lead our commercial, analytical, and strategic growth activities in Saudi Arabia. This role requires strong experience in industrial B2B sales, market analysis, and managing high-performance sales teams. The ideal candidate will drive revenue, build market presence, and support business decision-making through accurate market and business analysis.Key Responsibilities Commercial Leadership<ul><li>Develop &amp; implement sales &amp; marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.</li><li>Lead major negotiations with key clients, contractors, consultants, and industrial companies.</li><li>Drive business expansion by identifying new sectors, opportunities, and revenue streams.</li><li>Prepare annual sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and business development plans.</li></ul>Business Analysis &amp; Market Studies<ul><li>Conduct market studies on competitors, pricing, customer trends, and product demand.</li><li>Prepare monthly and quarterly business analysis reports for management.</li><li>Evaluate sales performance, profitability, customer segments, and growth indicators.</li><li>Provide insights and recommendations to guide decision-making and future investments.</li><li>Identify market gaps and propose new products or business opportunities.</li></ul>Sales Team Management<ul><li>Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.</li><li>Set KPIs for sales staff and monitor performance regularly.</li><li>Conduct weekly sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and coaching sessions.</li><li>Manage territory planning, client allocation, and performance improvement plans.</li><li>Ensure professional customer service and effective follow-up by the sales team.</li></ul>Marketing Management<ul><li>Develop marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities.</li><li>Oversee digital marketing, social media presence, and branding strategy.</li><li>Prepare company presentations, brochures, product catalogs, and marketing content.</li><li>Plan and organize participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.</li></ul>Customer Relationship &amp; Key Accounts<ul><li>Maintain strong relationships with major clients and decision-makers.</li><li>Support key account management, resolving escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction.</li><li>Conduct regular client visits and follow up on project progress.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).</li><li>10&ndash;15 years of experience in sales &amp; marketing within industrial or manufacturing sectors.</li><li>Proven experience in business analysis and market studies.</li><li>Strong leadership with experience managing a full sales team.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong analytical abilities with experience in reporting and forecasting.</li><li>Valid Iqama and availability to work in Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Arabic-speaking candidates preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to support our Human Resources operations across our manufacturing and factory divisions in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR coordination within an industrial or production environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR Department.</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases for factory staff.</li><li>Assist in recruitment processes: posting vacancies, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.</li><li>Coordinate attendance, leaves, and overtime tracking for production employees.</li><li>Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, warnings, memos, and certificates.</li><li>Support payroll preparation by providing updated attendance and manpower reports.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company HR policies.</li><li>Assist in handling employee relations issues and escalating matters when needed.</li><li>Support training coordination, health &amp; safety documentation, and employee engagement programs.</li><li>Coordinate with operations, production, and admin teams on HR-related requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.</li><li>Familiarity with Saudi Labour Law and HR procedures.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
