Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our company. The Estimator will be responsible for evaluating project specifications, analyzing site conditions, and preparing accurate cost estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial fencing projects. The ideal candidate has knowledge of fencing materials and installation techniques, strong math and analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct a detailed review of inquiries along with all supporting documents (ITB, SOW, RFQ, and BOQ).</li><li>Evaluate the scope of work based on the inquiry received.</li><li>Prepare cost estimates and overall project estimations.</li><li>Technically review quotations after proposals are prepared by Sohail / Samel.</li><li>Analyze drawings in PDF and CAD formats during the estimation process.</li><li>Coordinate with the team to ensure accuracy and completeness of the estimation.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as an estimator in the fencing, construction, or related industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of chain-link fencing materials, installation methods, and relevant codes/regulations.</li><li>Proficient in blueprint reading and takeoffs.</li><li>Excellent math, analytical, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids simultaneously.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Familiarity with estimating software, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant tools.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and willingness to travel to job sites.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>2+ years estimating experience in the fencing or construction industry.</li><li>Experience with CAD, or similar tools is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>fencing or construction industry.: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>driving license in Qatar (Required)</li></ul>

Sales Estimator

We are looking for a skilled Draftsman to join our team. The role involves preparing accurate 2D and 3D drawings to support project execution, client approvals, and production requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, estimation, and project teams to ensure drawings meet technical and project standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform 2D drafting and 3D modelling as required for projects.</li><li>Create isometric and 3D models using AutoCAD.</li><li>Prepare shop drawings based on approved quotations for client submission and approval.</li><li>Develop fabrication drawings for production and workshop use.</li><li>Support the drawing approval process, including revisions, updates, and modifications as requested.</li><li>Collaborate closely with engineering and estimation teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements and specifications.</li><li>Attend meetings when required, upon request or instruction from the Project Manager.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Draftsman (2D &amp; 3D).</li><li>Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.</li><li>Ability to prepare shop and fabrication drawings accurately.</li><li>Good coordination and communication skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
