Job Title: Purchase ManagerLocation: Taratala / New Alipore, Kolkata Industry: FMCG &ndash; Tea &amp; Coffee Manufacturing Company: Chaizup Beverages LLP.About the Role:We are looking for a Purchase Manager who will be responsible for managing procurement operations, vendor development, and inventory planning. The ideal candidate must be based near Taratala / New Alipore and have experience in FMCG, Food &amp; Beverage, or Manufacturing industries.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end purchase operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and other factory supplies.</li><li>Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.</li><li>Negotiate rates, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation &mdash; invoice, and stock reconciliation.</li><li>Coordinate with production, stores, and accounts teams for smooth material flow.</li><li>Monitor purchase budgets and implement cost-control strategies.</li><li>Evaluate vendor performance regularly and suggest improvements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduate (preferably B.Com / BBA / MBA in Supply Chain / Operations).</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;8 years of experience in purchase/procurement (preferably FMCG).</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.</li><li>Must be residing near Taratala / New Alipore or willing to travel daily to the location.</li></ul>Why Join Chaizup Beverages:<ul><li>Fast-growing FMCG brand with a strong presence in tea &amp; coffee manufacturing.</li><li>Employee-friendly and performance-driven work culture.</li><li>Opportunity to work directly with the core management team.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
