Job Purpose
The Video Editor & Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across digital platforms, including videos, social media creatives, brand assets, and marketing collaterals that align with the brand’s identity and storytelling goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn), ads, and campaigns
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and music
- Repurpose raw footage into multiple content formats (reels, shorts, ads)
- Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms and formats
Graphic Designing
- Design social media posts, banners, posters, presentations, and digital ads
- Create brand creatives for campaigns, launches, and promotions
- Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Support offline creatives such as standees, brochures, and packaging (if required)
Brand & Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, content, and social media teams
- Understand briefs and translate ideas into engaging visuals
- Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly
Asset & Workflow Management
- Organize design files, footage, and brand assets
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives as per content calendars
- Stay updated with design and video trends
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Quality and creativity of visual output
- Turnaround time and adherence to deadlines
- Engagement performance of creatives
- Brand consistency and accuracy
Required Skills & Tools
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
- Strong knowledge of After Effects (motion graphics preferred)
- Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layouts
- Basic knowledge of audio editing and animation is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
