Job Summary:We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and results-driven Membership Consultant cum Receptionist to join our team here at CHALK TRAINING GROUND. This dual-role position combines front-desk duties with membership sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and potential members, ensuring a welcoming experience while actively promoting our services and converting leads into members.Key Responsibilities: Reception Duties:<ul><li>Greet members, guests, and visitors warmly and professionally.</li><li>Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails or inquiries.</li><li>Schedule appointments, tours, and classes as needed.</li><li>Handle check-ins and check-outs using the front desk system.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.</li><li>Manage member accounts, including updates and payment processing.</li><li>Monitor inventory and supplies (e.g., brochures, towels, forms) and report shortages.</li></ul>Membership Sales &amp; Consultation:<ul><li>Promote membership packages and services to prospective members.</li><li>Conduct facility tours and explain available amenities and benefits.</li><li>Follow up on leads and inquiries via phone, email, or SMS.</li><li>Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns to attract new members.</li><li>Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all prospects, conversions, and consultations.</li><li>Provide exceptional post-signup support and onboarding to new members.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Proven experience in customer service, sales, or front desk operations.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Professional appearance and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM or front desk software is an advantage.</li><li>Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Previous experience in a fitness, hospitality, or service-oriented environment is a plus.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Membership Consultant: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Receptionist: 1 year (Required)</li><li>UAE: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Fluent in English (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>
