Sales Associate cum Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Sales Associate cum Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our gym here at CHALK TRAINING GROUND. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with active membership and product sales. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, enjoys engaging with people, and is motivated to meet monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

Greet members and guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.

Manage check-ins and check-outs using the gym’s software system.

Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.

Handle bookings for classes and personal training sessions.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.

Provide general information about gym services, pricing, and schedules.

Sales Duties:

Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and retail products.

Conduct gym tours for potential clients and highlight key offerings.

Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into members.

Maintain accurate sales records and update client information.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management.

Work collaboratively with the team to achieve overall business goals.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales or customer service (experience in the fitness industry is a plus).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Results-driven with a proven ability to hit targets or KPIs.

Energetic, confident, and customer-focused.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable using computer systems and sales software.
