Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist / Membership Consultant
Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist / Membership Consultant to join our team. As the first point of contact for members and visitors, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting daily gym operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome members and guests in a professional and friendly manner
* Handle membership enquiries, facility tours, and membership sales
* Manage class bookings, appointments, and member schedules
* Process payments, memberships, renewals, and retail sales
* Strong Sales skills
* Respond to phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and general enquiries
* Maintain accurate member records and update booking systems
* Support daily administrative tasks and reporting requirements
* Assist with opening and closing procedures of the facility
* Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times
* Resolve basic member concerns and escalate issues when necessary
* Work closely with coaches and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations
* Promote gym services, events, personal training, and special offers
