Position Summary:We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth and build strategic relationships across target markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the interior design or construction industry and a proven track record of identifying opportunities, closing deals, and building long-term partnerships.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.</li><li>Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company goals.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, real estate developers, contractors, and corporate clients.</li><li>Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to generate leads.</li><li>Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and pitches to potential clients.</li><li>Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client needs are fully understood and delivered.</li><li>Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.</li><li>Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client demands.</li><li>Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Provide regular performance reports and insights to the senior management team.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience in business development, preferably within the interior design, architecture, or construction industry.</li><li>Strong network in property development, construction, or design sectors is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and relevant business tools.</li><li>Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a creative and collaborative team.</li><li>Career development and growth opportunities.</li><li>Exposure to high-end projects and prestigious clients.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED8,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
