We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Engineer with experience in interior fit-out projects to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day site operations and coordination of fit-out works.</li><li>Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and material submittals.</li><li>Coordinate with designers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of works.</li><li>Monitor and report project progress, quality, and compliance with approved drawings and standards.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship meets quality and safety standards.</li><li>Prepare project documentation including RFIs, method statements, progress reports, and material approvals.</li><li>Attend site meetings and assist in resolving technical and execution issues.</li><li>Ensure all MEP and civil works are integrated seamlessly into the interior fit-out.</li><li>Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timelines are met.</li><li>Support procurement by verifying BOQs, checking material specs, and coordinating deliveries.</li><li>Manage snag lists and follow up on completion before handover.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in interior fit-out or related construction projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishing techniques, and construction practices.</li><li>Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Proficient in project management tools and software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, etc.).</li><li>Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience working in Hospital, commercial, or retail fit-out projects.</li><li>Certification in PMP, LEED, or equivalent is a plus.</li><li>UAE experience is Mandatory</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month

Project Engineer - Interior fit out Industry

The Construction Manager is responsible for monitoring projects that have been assigned to the Project Management team to ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget and scope, and that the desired result is achieved with the most efficient use of resources. His / Her key role is to ensure that the project&rsquo;s objectives and the different interests of the involved stakeholders are met, and financial, technical, and contractual specs agreed with clients are met.Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities&middot; Project Management: Lead and manage multiple interior fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.&middot; Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate a team of site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors, ensuring all personnel follow project plans and meet performance targets.&middot; Budget &amp; Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, track project costs, and ensure effective cost control and resource management. Monitor and approve project expenditures.&middot; Quality Assurance: Ensure all work complies with the highest industry standards, company quality procedures, and client specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and compliance.&middot; Schedule Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and identifying potential delays or issues early to mitigate risks.&middot; Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between the client, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Provide regular project updates and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.&middot; Health &amp; Safety: Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations. Monitor the site for hazards and implement corrective measures as required.&middot; Procurement &amp; Subcontractor Management: Oversee procurement of materials, and manage subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and quality of services.&middot; Documentation &amp; Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and compliance records. Ensure accurate and up-to-date reports for senior management and clients.MIS, Reports &amp; Documentation&middot; Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required. Actual vs planned progress to be provided on a weekly basis with a 2-week lookahead.&middot; Prepare and distribute progress reports, manage risks and issues, correct deviations from plans, and perform delivery planning for assigned projects in coordination with the Quantity Surveyor (QS).&middot; Maintain comprehensive project documentation including lessons learned, MOMs, O&amp;Ms, as-builts, etc.&middot; Fill in the service acceptance letter (SAL) after project completion.&middot; Prepare the final closing documents including the technical write ups.Key Performance Indicator (KPI)TBDEducation &amp; Experience&middot; Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A master&rsquo;s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, RICS) is a plus.&middot; Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction management, with at least 3 years in interior fit-out projects in the UAE or GCC region.&middot; Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of interior construction techniques, materials, finishes, and systems.
