We are seeking an experienced and ADM-approved Civil Engineer to oversee construction projects, ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations, and manage project execution from planning through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for site supervision, coordination with authorities, quality control, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key ResponsibilitiesEngineering & Project Management

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate civil construction and fit-out projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of works.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Authority Approvals & Compliance

• Liaise with Abu Dhabi Municipality and other relevant authorities for project approvals and inspections.
• Ensure all works comply with ADM regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit technical documents, reports, and approval applications.
• Attend authority inspections and address comments or requirements.

Site Supervision & Quality Control

• Monitor construction activities to ensure quality workmanship.
• Verify materials and construction methods comply with project specifications.
• Identify technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental requirements are followed on-site.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare progress reports, site reports, and technical documentation.
• Review contractor invoices, variations, and project quantities.
• Maintain project records, approvals, and inspection reports.
• Assist in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Valid ADM (Abu Dhabi Municipality) Engineer Approval/Classification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in construction, fit-out, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and construction practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
