Sales Associate (Female)

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, generating sales, following up on inquiries, coordinating with production and designers, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the order process. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Service.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Prepare quotations and explain pricing to customers.
  • Follow up with leads, inquiries, and pending quotations.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Order Processing

  • Create and maintain accurate customer orders.
  • Ensure all customer measurements, design requirements, and order details are correctly recorded.
  • Coordinate with designers, production, and quality control teams regarding customer requirements.
  • Inform customers about order status, fitting schedules, and delivery dates.
  • Verify completed orders before delivery.

Communication & Follow-Up

  • Respond promptly to customer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and inquiries.
  • Update customers regarding any changes or delays.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and report serious issues to management.

Delivery & Coordination

  • Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers and production teams.
  • Cross-check all delivery items before dispatch.
  • Ensure customers receive their orders as per agreed timelines.
  • Record and monitor all delivered and pending orders.

Reporting

  • Maintain daily sales and customer interaction records.
  • Submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.
  • Update customer databases and CRM records.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fashion retail preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WhatsApp Business.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

  • Monthly sales achievement.
  • Customer satisfaction and feedback.
  • Accuracy of order processing.
  • Timely follow-up with customers.
  • Teamwork and coordination with production and designers.
  • Attendance, punctuality, and workplace discipline.

Pay: AED2,999.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
