Pacific Horizon Consulting LLC is a fast-growing professional consultancy firm specializing in Accounting, Bookkeeping, VAT, Corporate Tax, Company Formation, Compliance, and Business Advisory Services across the UAE.

We are seeking a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Female Sales Associate who is fluent in English and Russian to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, generating sales opportunities, assisting clients, and maintaining strong long-term client relationships.

Important Notice

Candidates with previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, or consultancy firms will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s accounting, tax, company formation, and business consultancy services.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Create engaging promotional videos and social media content to market company services across digital platforms.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
• Conduct client consultations and professionally explain company services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
• Represent the company professionally at meetings, networking events, and exhibitions when required.

Mandatory Requirements

• Female candidate only.
• Fluent in English and Russian (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and sales abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, or consultancy services.
• Experience working in the UAE is an advantage.
• Experience using CRM software or sales management systems.
• Knowledge of company formation, accounting, taxation, or business consultancy services is a plus.
