Role Overview:Chameleon Ideas Inc. is looking for a Senior Backend Developer to build and maintain scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Mern Stack, API development, and cloud-based architectures, with a focus on performance, security, Project Deployment and best practices.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and maintain high-performance backend applications using Node.js and JavaScript (ES6+).</li><li>Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless frontend integration.</li><li>Optimize backend performance, ensuring scalability and security.</li><li>Implement authentication and authorization.</li><li>Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.</li><li>Manage and deploy CI/CD pipelines with working knowledge of Complete SDLC</li><li>Collaborate and support frontend developers to ensure smooth system integration.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>4+ years of backend development experience with expertise in Mern Stack.</li><li>Proficiency in Database tech not limited to MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Redis, GraphQL, and third-party API integrations.</li><li>Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud etc.) and serverless technologies.</li><li>Knowledge of Flutter, Dart, and microservices architecture.</li><li>Familiarity with Git and DevOps practices.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Market-competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and projects.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Senior Backend Developer
