We value proactive individuals who take pride in their work and thrive in fast-paced settings.Duties<ul><li>Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and equipment </li><li>Conduct routine custodial tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and sanitizing surfaces </li><li>Carry out specialized floor care procedures including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance </li><li>Maintain facilities by performing light maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs or reporting repairs needed for plumbing or electrical issues </li><li>Support industrial cleaning efforts when necessary, including cleaning large machinery or storage areas </li><li>Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a hazard-free environment for yourself and others </li><li>Assist with basic residential painting or minor repairs as needed to support overall facility upkeep</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings preferred </li><li>Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and custodial equipment operation </li><li>Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely </li><li>Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices including basic repairs and safety procedures </li><li>Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization </li><li>Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues promptly </li><li>Prior experience with industrial cleaning or porter duties is a plus</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly contribute to safe and inviting environments.
