Our company culture is built on teamwork, professionalism, and growth.Position Overview: We&rsquo;re seeking an Entry-Level Estimator / Supplements Specialist who&rsquo;s motivated to learn and grow in the restoration and insurance industry. This position offers paid training and hands-on experience with Xactimate estimating software. You&rsquo;ll assist in preparing estimates, handling supplements, and communicating with insurance adjusters and clients to ensure accurate and fair claim settlements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review insurance claim estimates and scopes of work.</li><li>Learn to create and adjust estimates using Xactimate.</li><li>Assist in preparing supplements and supporting documentation.</li><li>Communicate with insurance adjusters and homeowners.</li><li>Support the production and sales teams with accurate project scopes.</li><li>Maintain organized records for all estimates and claim updates.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong interest in restoration, roofing, or construction.</li><li>Detail-oriented and organized with strong computer skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to learn new software and insurance processes quickly.</li><li>Experience with Xactimate is a plus, but not required &ndash; training provided.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>$18&ndash;$30 per hour (based on experience)</li><li>Performance incentives and bonuses</li><li>Health benefits, paid time off, and holidays</li><li>Paid training and career advancement opportunities</li><li>Supportive, team-focused environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBase Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Chantilly, VA 20151 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Chantilly, VA 20151: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
