Entry-Level Estimator / Supplements Specialist (Restoration & Roofing)

Position Overview:
We’re seeking an Entry-Level Estimator / Supplements Specialist who’s motivated to learn and grow in the restoration and insurance industry. This position offers paid training and hands-on experience with Xactimate estimating software. You’ll assist in preparing estimates, handling supplements, and communicating with insurance adjusters and clients to ensure accurate and fair claim settlements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review insurance claim estimates and scopes of work.
• Learn to create and adjust estimates using Xactimate.
• Assist in preparing supplements and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters and homeowners.
• Support the production and sales teams with accurate project scopes.
• Maintain organized records for all estimates and claim updates.

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in restoration, roofing, or construction.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong computer skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to learn new software and insurance processes quickly.
• Experience with Xactimate is a plus, but not required – training provided.
