Position Summary</b></h3><p>
As a <b>Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)</b>, you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver therapeutic services that help residents recover, improve mobility, and maintain functional independence.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Provide <b>direct patient therapy</b> treatments as outlined in care plans</li><li>
Assist residents with exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activities</li><li>
Monitor and report patient progress to the Physical Therapist</li><li>
Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation</li><li>
Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment</li><li>
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Graduate of an accredited <b>Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program</b></li><li>
Active, unencumbered <b>PTA license in South Carolina</b></li><li>
Prior experience in <b>skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred</b></li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>

Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Coordinate <b>recruiting efforts</b>, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews</li><li>
Manage and execute <b>new hire onboarding and orientation processes</b></li><li>
Support payroll functions (<b>Workday experience preferred</b>)</li><li>
Assist with accounts payable and invoice filing</li><li>
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation</li><li>
Assist with employee relations and engagement initiatives</li><li>
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations</li><li>
