Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients lives while working with a collaborative and innovative team.Duties<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews to determine individual needs.</li><li>Administer medications and injections accurately, following established protocols and ensuring client safety at all times.</li><li>Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner to document patient information thoroughly and accurately.</li><li>Provide specialized care for patients with complex conditions including cardiac issues, infectious diseases, trauma injuries, or neurological disorders.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and pharmacology to deliver informed patient care.</li><li>Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems documentation and communication.</li><li>Experience with specialized procedures including catheterization (cardiac or urinary), sonography, gastroscopy, or spinal taps.</li><li>Strong understanding of infection control practices and HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and safety.</li><li>Demonstrated capability working with diverse populations including geriatrics (including dementia or Alzheimer&rsquo;s care), behavioral health clients, or individuals with developmental disabilities.
