Weekend Content Producer (Part-Time)Charlie&rsquo;s Collectible Show (CCS) Houston, TXPay$15.00 &ndash; $20.00 per hour (based on experience)Job TypePart-timeSchedule<ul><li>Friday</li><li>Saturday</li><li>Sunday</li><li>(Event weekends required)</li></ul>About Charlie&rsquo;s Collectible Show (CCS)Charlie&rsquo;s Collectible Show (CCS) is a community-driven hobby and collectibles marketplace hosting weekly events across Atlanta and Houston, with Raleigh launching soon.We bring together collectors, fans, and vendors across:<ul><li>Trading Card Games (Pok&eacute;mon, MTG, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!)</li><li>Anime &amp; pop culture</li><li>Retro video games</li><li>Toys and collectibles</li></ul>We are more than an event &mdash; we are a destination and gathering place for the collector community.Role SummaryThis is a content-first, creator-driven role.You will be on-site every weekend capturing the energy of CCS through short-form content, including:<ul><li>Vendor moments</li><li>Tournament highlights</li><li>Attendee reactions</li><li>Marketplace activity</li></ul>You will also own and execute one original content concept per weekend (from idea to final edit).Outside of event days, you&rsquo;ll prepare with the team and contribute to post-event reviews.Key Responsibilities On-Site Content Production (Fri&ndash;Sun)<ul><li>Capture high-quality video and photo content throughout the event</li><li>Edit and deliver short-form videos (Reels/TikTok) same-day</li><li>Produce multiple pieces of content per day (target: 3 - 6 contents per weekend)</li><li>Execute one original content concept per weekend</li><li>Conduct quick interviews and engage with attendees/vendors on camera</li><li>Capture evergreen footage for future marketing use</li></ul>Pre-Event Preparation<ul><li>Review event brief before each weekend</li><li>Arrive with your content idea already planned</li><li>Coordinate with Content Production Coordinator on priorities</li></ul>Post-Event<ul><li>Attend recap meeting</li><li>Share insights on content performance and ideas</li></ul>Must Have Requirements<ul><li>Strong short-form editing skills (Reels/TikTok required)</li><li>Strong iPhone video shooting skills</li><li>Portfolio showcasing both filming and editing (required)</li><li>Comfortable on camera and interacting with people</li><li>Strong instincts for capturing real-time moments</li><li>Ability to deliver edits quickly (same-day turnaround)</li><li>Reliable weekend availability</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Interest in trading cards, anime, gaming, or collectibles</li><li>Experience at conventions, events, or live productions</li><li>Familiarity with CapCut and Canva</li><li>Existing social media presence</li></ul>This Role Is NOT a Fit If&hellip;<ul><li>You cannot edit short-form video</li><li>You struggle to capture high-quality footage on an iPhone</li><li>You rely heavily on direction instead of creating ideas</li><li>You cannot consistently work weekends</li><li>You require close supervision</li></ul>How Success Is Measured<ul><li>Consistency and reliability</li><li>Speed and quality of content delivery</li><li>Content performance (views, engagement, shares, follows)</li><li>Creativity and originality</li><li>Contribution to overall team output</li></ul>Why Join CCS<ul><li>Be part of a fast-growing collectibles and event brand</li><li>Build a strong content portfolio in a high-energy environment</li><li>Opportunity to grow into larger content or marketing roles</li><li>Work directly inside a passionate collector community</li></ul>Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hourWork Location: In person
