About Charlie’s Collectible Show (CCS)

Charlie’s Collectible Show (CCS) is a community-driven hobby and collectibles marketplace hosting weekly events across Atlanta and Houston, with Raleigh launching soon.

We bring together collectors, fans, and vendors across:

• Trading Card Games (Pokémon, MTG, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!)
• Anime & pop culture
• Retro video games
• Toys and collectibles

We are more than an event — we are a destination and gathering place for the collector community.

Role Summary

This is a content-first, creator-driven role.

You will be on-site every weekend capturing the energy of CCS through short-form content, including:

• Vendor moments
• Tournament highlights
• Attendee reactions
• Marketplace activity

You will also own and execute one original content concept per weekend (from idea to final edit).

Outside of event days, you’ll prepare with the team and contribute to post-event reviews.

Key Responsibilities On-Site Content Production (Fri–Sun)

• Capture high-quality video and photo content throughout the event
• Edit and deliver short-form videos (Reels/TikTok) same-day
• Produce multiple pieces of content per day (target: 3 - 6 contents per weekend)
• Execute one original content concept per weekend
• Conduct quick interviews and engage with attendees/vendors on camera
• Capture evergreen footage for future marketing use

Pre-Event Preparation

• Review event brief before each weekend
• Arrive with your content idea already planned
• Coordinate with Content Production Coordinator on priorities

Post-Event

• Attend recap meeting
• Share insights on content performance and ideas

Must Have Requirements

• Strong short-form editing skills (Reels/TikTok required)
• Strong iPhone video shooting skills
• Portfolio showcasing both filming and editing (required)
• Comfortable on camera and interacting with people
• Strong instincts for capturing real-time moments
• Ability to deliver edits quickly (same-day turnaround)
• Reliable weekend availability

Nice to Have

• Interest in trading cards, anime, gaming, or collectibles
• Experience at conventions, events, or live productions
• Familiarity with CapCut and Canva
• Existing social media presence

This Role Is NOT a Fit If…

• You cannot edit short-form video
• You struggle to capture high-quality footage on an iPhone
• You rely heavily on direction instead of creating ideas
• You cannot consistently work weekends
• You require close supervision
