You&rsquo;ll take ownership of our paid media strategy &mdash; optimizing budgets, refining ad copy, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.You&rsquo;ll also play a key role in enhancing our SEO performance and executing digital remarketing strategies that keep our audience engaged and our brand top of mind.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram), LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok and influencer marketing platforms.</li><li>Optimize ad budgets to maximize ROI and campaign efficiency across channels.</li><li>Write and test high-performing ad copy and creatives tailored to each platform, audience segment and brand messaging.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the marketing and graphic design teams to produce campaign collateral &mdash; including reels, videos, banners, and graphics &mdash; that align with each brands voice and strategy.</li><li>Implement and refine remarketing campaigns to re-engage users who have interacted with our website or similar sites, ensuring consistent visibility and engagement.</li><li>Work with the marketing team to develop and execute SEO strategies that drive organic traffic growth and improve search rankings.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, optimize landing pages, and coordinate with content creators to ensure ad and SEO alignment.</li><li>Analyze campaign data and performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR) to provide actionable insights and recommendations.</li><li>Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>3+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns across major platforms.</li><li>Proven success in budget optimization, ad performance analysis, and ROI-driven strategies.</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO best practices, on-page optimization, and keyword strategy.</li><li>Experience with remarketing, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.</li><li>Skilled in copywriting and creative concept development.</li><li>Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).</li><li>Collaborative and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.</li><li>Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification preferred.</li></ul>Position:<ul><li>In person</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>401K match up to 6%</li><li>Subsidized health insurance</li><li>Paid holidays</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
