We are looking for a results-driven Digital Advertising Manager who blends analytical expertise with creative vision. You’ll take ownership of our paid media strategy — optimizing budgets, refining ad copy, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
You’ll also play a key role in enhancing our SEO performance and executing digital remarketing strategies that keep our audience engaged and our brand top of mind.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok and influencer marketing platforms.
- Optimize ad budgets to maximize ROI and campaign efficiency across channels.
- Write and test high-performing ad copy and creatives tailored to each platform, audience segment and brand messaging.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and graphic design teams to produce campaign collateral — including reels, videos, banners, and graphics — that align with each brands voice and strategy.
- Implement and refine remarketing campaigns to re-engage users who have interacted with our website or similar sites, ensuring consistent visibility and engagement.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute SEO strategies that drive organic traffic growth and improve search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize landing pages, and coordinate with content creators to ensure ad and SEO alignment.
- Analyze campaign data and performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR) to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns across major platforms.
- Proven success in budget optimization, ad performance analysis, and ROI-driven strategies.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, on-page optimization, and keyword strategy.
- Experience with remarketing, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
- Skilled in copywriting and creative concept development.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
- Collaborative and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification preferred.
