What Will You Do?</i></b></h2>

Provide technical service and support to end-users.<br>
<ul><li>Diagnose issues and, when necessary, disassemble, repair, and reassemble fabricated machines and separators mounted on skids or within containers.</li><li>Interpret and follow moderately complex wiring diagrams; wire control panels and instrumentation.</li><li>Troubleshoot all company products and provide effective solutions.</li><li>Interact with customers to address inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding products and services.</li><li>Collect and analyze customer information to identify and resolve issues.</li><li>Research and utilize available resources to support problem resolution.</li><li>Commission equipment in the field and ensure proper functionality.</li><li>Coordinate activities with outside contractors as needed.</li><li>Adhere to standard processes and procedures.</li><li>Redirect problems to appropriate resources and collaborate with internal teams for resolution.</li><li>Communicate with service specialists or designated personnel to coordinate needs, including parts, during fieldwork.</li><li>Stay up to date on system information, changes, and updates.</li><li>Prepare and deliver detailed field reports to customers.</li></ul></div></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><i>

Your Experience Should Be...</i></b></h2>

High School Diploma or equivalent.</p><div><ul><li><br>
Strong mechanical aptitude.</li><li>Clear and accurate verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in typing and grammar.</li><li>Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.</li><li>Effective listening and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Ability to prioritize and complete work efficiently and on time.</li><li>Demonstrated technical/professional expertise, including problem-solving, technical knowledge application, and product/service management.</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record.</li></ul></div><div>
Preferred Skills:<br>
<ul><li>Experience with rotating equipment and HMI/PLC/VFD systems.</li><li>Familiarity with water/wastewater operations.</li><li>Ability to interpret process flow diagrams and understand cause/effect relationships in water/wastewater systems.</li></ul></div></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><i>
