This role requires a creative thinker with excellent analytical skills who can effectively manage campaigns across various platforms to enhance our market presence and engage our target audience.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.</li><li>Oversee SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.</li><li>Manage social media marketing efforts across multiple platforms, including Facebook Advertising.</li><li>Execute multichannel marketing campaigns that encompass email marketing, print advertising, and digital marketing efforts.</li><li>Utilize Google Analytics to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for optimization.</li><li>Lead content marketing initiatives, including copywriting for blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.</li><li>Collaborate with sales teams to support B2B marketing efforts and enhance advertising sales strategies.</li><li>Oversee e-commerce strategies to maximize online sales opportunities.</li><li>Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for the creation of engaging visual content.</li><li>Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape insights.</li><li>Manage product management tasks related to new product launches and promotional activities.</li><li>Develop budgets for marketing campaigns and monitor expenditures to ensure financial efficiency.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar position with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in digital marketing techniques including performance marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, WordPress, HTML, and Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.</li><li>Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail in content creation.</li><li>Experience in budgeting and managing financial aspects of marketing campaigns.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively across departments while leading projects independently.</li><li>A passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in the marketing space.
