Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents or guests. Whether managing residential properties or supporting hospitality operations, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and creating a positive experience for everyone you serve.Duties<ul><li>Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment. </li><li>Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency. </li><li>Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve the appearance and longevity of flooring. </li><li>Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly. </li><li>Support customer service efforts by responding promptly to requests for additional cleaning or special tasks from residents or guests. </li><li>Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and maintained properly. </li><li>Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including scheduling or training new team members.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings. </li><li>Prior hotel or hospitality housekeeping experience is highly desirable. </li><li>Familiarity with cleaning techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures. </li><li>Experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning equipment is preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of customer service principles to ensure a positive interaction with residents or guests. </li><li>Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, and bending frequently. </li><li>Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervising teams is a plus but not required.
