We are one of the leading manufacturing industry in Pakistan.Responsibilities<ul><li>Preparation of Import, Export and other Shipment Documents</li><li>Thorough vetting and Management of Letters of Credit (LC) and BL Drafts</li><li>Familiarity with Trade Regulations and Tools i.e. incoterms</li><li>Assist in Managing Relationships with Key Stakeholders</li><li>Handling all imports operational matters</li><li>Dealing with suppliers and manufacturers for Material Buying</li><li>Price analysis for import items comparison with the local market</li><li>Costing of import items with duty structure with updated PCTs</li><li>Dealing with banks for import routing LC, bank contract, open account or advance payments.</li><li>Dealing with Forwarding agents for different modes of transportation by Air / By Sea</li><li>Prepare all import Documentation till completion of file</li><li>Tracking all import consignments till product reaches to warehouse</li><li>Complete costing of all import items</li><li>Local Buying of Chemicals from different suppliers to be used in manufacturing</li><li>Cost Comparison with local &amp; Import Price</li><li>Negotiation with local supplier for pricing of raw materials</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>MBA, Masters in Supply Chain or equivalent</li><li>3-4 years of related experience</li><li>Expertise in handling Letters of Credit (LC) and BLs</li><li>Thorough understanding of Customs and Clearing Processes</li><li>Excellent Communication Skills, Attention to Details</li><li>Excellent in using MS Excel</li><li>Ability to work independently</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

<ul><li>Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounting databases</li><li>Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and on time</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and monitor company cash flow</li><li>Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports</li><li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records</li><li>Assist with tax documentation and compliance requirements</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing, payment tracking, and financial queries</li><li>Support internal and external audits when required</li><li>Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks</li><li>Experience with ERP or accounting systems</li><li>Knowledge of tax compliance and financial documentation</li></ul>1. Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting (B.Com / BBA / ACCA/ACMA)2. 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills4.
