Security Guard (Retired Army Personnel Preferred)

We are seeking a highly disciplined and vigilant Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of the CEO’s private residence and Office. The ideal candidates will be a retired army personnel with a proven record of integrity, alertness, and commitment to duty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of vigilance and ensure the security all times.
• Monitor surveillance systems and patrol the premises regularly.
• Report any suspicious activity or security breaches immediately.
• Maintain daily logs and security records.
• Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
• Conduct regular patrols of factory buildings, Stores, parking areas.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials, goods, and vehicles according to company procedures.
• Report suspicious activities, safety hazards, theft, vandalism, or security breaches immediately.
• Maintain visitor logs, gate passes, and security records accurately.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, accidents, fire alarms, and other incidents.
• Assist in enforcing factory safety and security policies.
• Coordinate with supervisors, management when required.
• Ensure all doors, gates, and restricted areas are properly secured.

Requirements:

• Retired from the Army or other armed forces (mandatory).
• Matric or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Security Guard in a factory, warehouse, or industrial setting Army Retired Preferred.
• Strong observation and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety and emergency procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of standing or walking for extended periods.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
