Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Sales Order Execution:</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate execution of all sales orders as per company guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate with the sales team to prioritize and schedule dispatches efficiently.</li><li>Vehicle Arrangement:</li><li>Organize and arrange suitable vehicles for dispatch as per the load and route requirements.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and compliance with transportation rules.</li><li>Follow-Up:</li><li>Maintain regular follow-ups with transporters, drivers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Monitor the movement of goods and address any issues promptly.</li><li>Customer Communication:</li><li>Provide regular updates to customers regarding their orders, dispatch schedules, and delivery status.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related concerns effectively.</li><li>Documentation and Reporting:</li><li>Maintain accurate records of dispatch details, including invoices, challans, and delivery acknowledgments.</li><li>Prepare daily and weekly reports on dispatch activities and submit them to the manager.</li><li>Coordination:</li><li>Work closely with warehouse, sales, and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Handle last-minute changes in dispatch plans due to unforeseen circumstances.</li><li>Other Duties:</li><li>Assist in any additional tasks related to dispatch, transportation, and order execution as needed.</li></ul>Skills and Competencies<ul><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and dispatch management tools.</li><li>Problem-solving and quick decision-making skills.</li><li>Knowledge of logistics and transportation operations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;14,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
