Key Responsibilities
- Sales Order Execution:
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of all sales orders as per company guidelines.
- Coordinate with the sales team to prioritize and schedule dispatches efficiently.
- Vehicle Arrangement:
- Organize and arrange suitable vehicles for dispatch as per the load and route requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with transportation rules.
- Follow-Up:
- Maintain regular follow-ups with transporters, drivers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor the movement of goods and address any issues promptly.
- Customer Communication:
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding their orders, dispatch schedules, and delivery status.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related concerns effectively.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch details, including invoices, challans, and delivery acknowledgments.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on dispatch activities and submit them to the manager.
- Coordination:
- Work closely with warehouse, sales, and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle last-minute changes in dispatch plans due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Other Duties:
- Assist in any additional tasks related to dispatch, transportation, and order execution as needed.
