If you like creating, testing ideas, and seeing your work perform, you&rsquo;ll fit right in.Role Overview:We&rsquo;re looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator to join our in-office team and help us produce engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.Your main focus will be coming up with ideas, filming, editing, and posting content that looks great and keeps attention.This is a hands-on role where you&rsquo;ll be actively involved in the full content process, not just scheduling posts.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Brainstorm content ideas daily (hooks, trends, concepts)</li><li>Film short-form content in-office and with team members</li><li>Edit videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere, or similar</li><li>Create educational, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes content</li><li>Post and manage content across platforms</li><li>Stay on top of trends and adapt them to our brand</li><li>Continuously improve content quality and creativity</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Someone creative, energetic, and positive</li><li>Strong interest in social media (TikTok, Reels, short-form content)</li><li>Basic experience with video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)</li><li>Ability to come up with ideas, not just execute them</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Self-starter with a good attitude and willingness to learn</li><li>Must have your own equipment (camera or phone + laptop)</li></ul>Bonus Points (Not Required):<ul><li>Experience creating content for brands or personal pages</li><li>Understanding of trends, hooks, and viral-style content</li><li>Experience filming or directing others</li></ul>Why Join Us:<ul><li>Work directly with leadership and be part of a rapidly growing company</li><li>Opportunity to grow into a larger role as we scale</li><li>Performance bonuses based on content results</li><li>Travel opportunities (we cover expenses)</li><li>High-energy, positive office environment</li><li>Creative freedom to test ideas and improve your skills</li></ul>How to Apply:Please include:<ul><li>Links to any content you&rsquo;ve created (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)</li><li>A short note on why you&rsquo;d be a good fit</li></ul>Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
