Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator to join our in-office team and help us produce engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.

Your main focus will be coming up with ideas, filming, editing, and posting content that looks great and keeps attention.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be actively involved in the full content process, not just scheduling posts.

What You’ll Do:

• Brainstorm content ideas daily (hooks, trends, concepts)
• Film short-form content in-office and with team members
• Edit videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere, or similar
• Create educational, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes content
• Post and manage content across platforms
• Stay on top of trends and adapt them to our brand
• Continuously improve content quality and creativity

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone creative, energetic, and positive
• Strong interest in social media (TikTok, Reels, short-form content)
• Basic experience with video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
• Ability to come up with ideas, not just execute them
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with a good attitude and willingness to learn
• Must have your own equipment (camera or phone + laptop)

Bonus Points (Not Required):

• Experience creating content for brands or personal pages
• Understanding of trends, hooks, and viral-style content
• Experience filming or directing others
