Medical Assistant &ndash; Busy Medical Clinic &amp; Med SpaWe are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Medical Assistant to join our growing medical clinic and med spa team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys providing exceptional patient care, and is passionate about health, wellness, and aesthetics.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Room and prepare patients for appointments and treatments including vital signs and support providers as needed.</li><li>Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection</li><li>Assist providers with medical and aesthetic procedures</li><li>Record and maintain accurate patient information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system</li><li>Manage patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, and appointment coordination</li><li>Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally</li><li>Provide outstanding customer service and patient education</li><li>Maintain treatment rooms, inventory, and clinic cleanliness</li><li>Support both front-office and back-office operations as needed</li><li>Support office protocols and procedures</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Medical Assistant certification preferred</li><li>Proven phlebotomy experience required</li><li>Experience with EHR systems and computer documentation</li><li>Strong phone, communication, and customer service skills</li><li>Excellent time management and organizational abilities</li><li>Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinical environment</li><li>Professional appearance and positive attitude</li><li>Team-oriented with strong attention to detail</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in a med spa, wellness clinic, or aesthetic practice and or medical clinic</li><li>Experience assisting with cosmetic and aesthetic procedures</li><li>Licensed Master Esthetician</li><li>Knowledge of skincare products and aesthetic treatments is a plus</li></ul>What We're Looking For:The ideal candidate is dependable, energetic, patient-focused, and comfortable balancing both clinical and front office responsibilities.
