Medical Assistant – Busy Medical Clinic & Med Spa

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Medical Assistant to join our growing medical clinic and med spa team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys providing exceptional patient care, and is passionate about health, wellness, and aesthetics.

Responsibilities:

• Room and prepare patients for appointments and treatments including vital signs and support providers as needed.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection
• Assist providers with medical and aesthetic procedures
• Record and maintain accurate patient information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
• Manage patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, and appointment coordination
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
• Provide outstanding customer service and patient education
• Maintain treatment rooms, inventory, and clinic cleanliness
• Support both front-office and back-office operations as needed
• Support office protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant certification preferred
• Proven phlebotomy experience required
• Experience with EHR systems and computer documentation
• Strong phone, communication, and customer service skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinical environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a med spa, wellness clinic, or aesthetic practice and or medical clinic
• Experience assisting with cosmetic and aesthetic procedures
• Licensed Master Esthetician
• Knowledge of skincare products and aesthetic treatments is a plus
