 You must be able to recruit both entry-level sales talent and experienced management-level performers.

 &bull; Aggressively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
 
 
 &bull; Identify true sales personalities vs. job seekers
 
 
 &bull; Screen for grit, urgency, coachability, and performance history
 
 
 &bull; Manage high-volume recruiting while maintaining quality standards
 
 
 &bull; Build management talent pipelines for future expansion
 
 
 &bull; Partner directly with executive leadership on hiring strategy
 
 
 &bull; Track metrics (interviews booked, show rate, hire rate, 30/60/90 retention)
 
 
 &bull; Protect company culture by filtering out drama and entitlement
