We are looking for a recruiter who understands how to identify sales DNA, leadership presence, and production mindset — not just fill seats.



The Mission


You are not here to “post jobs.”


You are here to hunt.


Your responsibility is to build and maintain a constant pipeline of:


• Sales Lead Generators

• Closers

• Sales Managers

• Operations & Mid-Level Leadership


You must be able to recruit both entry-level sales talent and experienced management-level performers.



What You’ll Do


• Aggressively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, networking, and direct outreach

• Identify true sales personalities vs. job seekers

• Screen for grit, urgency, coachability, and performance history

• Manage high-volume recruiting while maintaining quality standards

• Build management talent pipelines for future expansion

• Partner directly with executive leadership on hiring strategy

• Track metrics (interviews booked, show rate, hire rate, 30/60/90 retention)

• Protect company culture by filtering out drama and entitlement

You likely have experience recruiting for:


• Call centers

• Inside sales teams

• Merchant services or financial services

• High-volume commission environments

• Consistent interview pipeline

• High show-up rates

• High-quality hires

• Low early attrition

• Strong bench for management roles


You don’t measure success by resumes received.

You measure success by producers hired.
