</div></div></div><div><p>Chemonics seeks a Sr. Associate, Operations to support the Global Health Supply Chain Program &ndash; Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) project. The U.S. Government Global Health Supply Chain Program &ndash; Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) is the primary vehicle through which the US government will 1) procure and provide health commodities, 2) provide system support to improve partner countries&rsquo; management of the supply chain, and 3) collaborate with key international stakeholders to support global health initiatives. The Senior Associate supports GHSC-PSM headquarters (HQ) Operations team in ensuring effective operations of GHSC-PSM activities, consistent with sound management principles and Chemonics&rsquo; policies and standards.</p><div>
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)<br>

<ul><li>Assists in responding promptly to requests for support by coordinating with departments and teams to resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.</li><li>Prepares and files personnel documents, subcontract management documents, travel documents, and other standard documents and saves relevant files to Operations SharePoint files.</li><li>Assists operations and project teams with talent management, recruitment, onboarding, and staff engagement.</li><li>Follows up on assignment deadlines generated and managed by the leadership team and operations team for strategic initiatives and projects.</li><li>Coordinates internal and external meetings, drafts agendas, and prepares background materials, and provides administrative support for senior leadership.</li></ul>
Prepares correspondence for HQ Operations team, senior leadership, and HQ teams.<br>
<ul><li>Supports financial management through providing inputs into monthly budget forecasting and related tasks.</li><li>Supports contractual and financial closeout activities, including sending invoices and required backup documentation.</li><li>Assists with archiving and audit preparation.</li><li>Performs other duties as required.</li></ul></div><div>
Qualifications<br>
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements below represent the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.<br>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent work experience</li><li>Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative or professional work experience, project management experience preferred</li><li>Strong administrative skills, word processing abilities, knowledge of MS Office applications, and attention to detail, ability to manage multiple competing priorities at once, excellent customer service skills.</li><li>Experience with data entry, filing, cataloguing, retrieving, and preserving records preferred</li><li>Communicates clearly and concisely in verbal and/or written communications; strong cross-culture communication and sensitivity skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Demonstrated resourcefulness in problem solving and initiative to learn new skills</li><li>Previous GHSC-PSM experience preferred.</li></ul></div><p>

An employee&rsquo;s pay position will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.</b><br>
