Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen interest in the culinary arts. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.Duties<ul><li>Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and providing detailed information about menu items.</li><li>Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.</li><li>Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.</li><li>Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate cash register operations.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food safety standards are met and maintained.</li><li>Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting up and clearing tables.</li><li>Provide recommendations on food pairings and specials to enhance the dining experience.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.</li><li>Knowledge of culinary practices, food safety regulations, and fine dining etiquette is preferred.</li><li>Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers is essential.</li><li>Familiarity with restaurant operations, including sales techniques to upsell menu items effectively.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.</li><li>Previous experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.</li></ul>Join our team as a Server where your contributions will be valued, and you will have the opportunity to grow within a vibrant restaurant atmosphere!Please send your resume to N.galvan.cs@gmail.comJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $2.40 per hourExpected hours: 10 &ndash; 20 per weekWork Location: In person
