The ideal candidate should be experienced in coordinating with suppliers, tracking shipments, and ensuring products are received as per the agreed terms and specifications.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate with suppliers to schedule and track shipments until final delivery.</li><li>Follow up on all purchase orders and ensure timely receipt of goods.</li><li>Verify shipments upon arrival and confirm they are received in proper condition and under agreed terms.</li><li>Identify and source new products available in the market, especially in medical, dental, and aesthetic fields.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest market trends and technological developments in the medical sector.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of procurement, shipment details, invoices, and delivery confirmations.</li><li>Work closely with internal departments to ensure purchase needs are met on time.</li><li>Candidate should have strong knowledge of product registration procedures and regulatory requirements in the UAE</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Purchase Coordinator or in a similar procurement role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of shipment planning, tracking, and receiving procedures.</li><li>Familiarity with medical, dental, and aesthetic devices/equipment.</li><li>Fluent in English (written and spoken).</li><li>Excellent communication and supplier coordination skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.</li><li>Good market awareness to identify and source the latest available products</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

The candidate will be responsible for explaining treatment procedures clearly to patients and coordinating between the doctor and the patient to ensure smooth patient flow and a premium client experience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Explain clinic treatments and procedures to patients in a clear and professional manner</li><li>Coordinate between the doctor and the patient for consultation, treatment, and follow-up</li><li>Guide patients through the treatment journey and ensure their questions are answered</li><li>Maintain professional communication and patient satisfaction</li><li>Understand client goals and concerns, and provide recommendations based on services offered.</li><li>Conduct consultations to provide treatment information, pricing, and potential results.</li><li>Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all services, promotions, and new treatments to present to clients.</li><li>Track and report on sales metrics, trends, and opportunities for growth.</li><li>Provide feedback from clients to ensure continuous improvement of services and customer experience.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Arabic nationality</li><li>Experience in an aesthetic / dermatology clinic is mandatory</li><li>Strong communication and customer handling skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
