Call Center Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Call Center Executive who is a native Arabic speaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical field and a strong ability to handle patient interactions with care and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls in Arabic professionally

Assist patients with inquiries, appointments, and medical information

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Provide high-quality customer service and resolve issues promptly

Coordinate with internal medical teams when required

Requirements:

Native Arabic speaker (mandatory)

Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center within the medical/healthcare field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Basic computer knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare
