Job Title: Light Vehicle Driver (with Sensitive Document Handling Responsibilities)<ul><li>Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and responsible Light Vehicle Driver to join our team. The primary role of the driver will be to transport documents securely between various locations, occasionally handle cash for specific assignments, and send samples from clients and suppliers. The successful candidate must possess excellent driving skills, a clean driving record, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information. Preference will be given to candidates who speak English very well and are very well presented to maintain professionalism.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Safely and securely transport sensitive documents, packages, and samples from clients and suppliers between designated locations.</li><li>Follow a predetermined schedule for pickups, deliveries, and sample shipments, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.</li><li>Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers, documents, samples, and other road users.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, pickups, and sample shipments, including dates, times, locations, and signatures.</li><li>Handle cash transactions with utmost professionalism and accuracy, adhering to established security protocols.</li><li>Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the assigned vehicle.</li><li>Report any vehicle issues or malfunctions promptly to the appropriate supervisor.</li><li>Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding the nature of transported documents, samples, and transactions.</li><li>Communicate effectively and professionally with supervisors, colleagues, clients, and suppliers.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Need to speak English very well</li><li>Very well presented to maintain professionalism</li><li>Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably with experience in transporting sensitive documents, valuable items, and samples.</li><li>Familiarity with local traffic laws and routes.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and sample shipments.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive documents, samples, and cash.</li><li>Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, as needed.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent qualification.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Previous experience in handling cash transactions and sample shipments.</li><li>Knowledge of security protocols and procedures related to handling sensitive documents and samples.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,600.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>
