Job Title: Telemedicine Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)Job Type: Full-time, RemoteLocation: Remote, West Coast preferredCompensation: $105,000 - $128,000 per yearJob SummaryChetco Medical &amp; Aesthetics (CMA) is seeking an experienced Telemedicine Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position focused on delivering high-quality virtual care to adult patients through a personalized, relationship-based model.At CMA, we prioritize comprehensive, thoughtful care rather than high-volume, rushed visits. We take time to understand each patient&rsquo;s health goals and develop individualized care plans that support long-term wellness, healthy aging, and disease prevention. Our practice emphasizes internal medicine, preventive care, and whole-person treatment.We are seeking a clinician who is confident practicing independently in a telemedicine setting, comfortable managing a broad range of adult medical concerns, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a virtual environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive virtual patient assessments, including medical history review, evaluation of symptoms, and development of treatment plans</li><li>Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions within scope of practice</li><li>Prescribe medications and treatments appropriately, including controlled substances in compliance with applicable laws and regulations</li><li>Provide patient education on diagnoses, medications, treatment options, and preventive care</li><li>Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in the electronic health record</li><li>Collaborate closely with supervising physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care</li><li>Support continuity of care through follow-up visits, care planning, and ongoing patient communication</li><li>Adhere to all clinical, legal, regulatory, and telemedicine best practice standards in both Oregon and California</li><li>Participate in team meetings, clinical collaboration, and ongoing professional development</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant through the completion of an accredited NP or PA program</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience required</li><li>Current Oregon and California licenses, or ability to obtain both</li><li>Current DEA registration, or ability to obtain DEA licensure in applicable states</li><li>Strong background in primary care and internal medicine</li><li>Prior telemedicine experience preferred</li><li>Proficiency with EHR systems and virtual care workflows</li><li>Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and bedside manner in a remote setting</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader care team</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Fully remote position</li><li>Full-time schedule</li><li>West Coast candidates preferred</li><li>No relocation required</li><li>No regular call, evening, or weekend requirements unless otherwise specified</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>RVU bonus opportunity</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>401(k) retirement plan</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Opportunity to work alongside experienced internists and geriatric specialists</li></ul>About Chetco Medical &amp; AestheticsChetco Medical &amp; Aesthetics is a private internal medicine practice serving patients with a personalized and comprehensive approach to care.
