Job Summary

Chetco Medical & Aesthetics (CMA) is seeking an experienced Telemedicine Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position focused on delivering high-quality virtual care to adult patients through a personalized, relationship-based model.

At CMA, we prioritize comprehensive, thoughtful care rather than high-volume, rushed visits. We take time to understand each patient’s health goals and develop individualized care plans that support long-term wellness, healthy aging, and disease prevention. Our practice emphasizes internal medicine, preventive care, and whole-person treatment.

We are seeking a clinician who is confident practicing independently in a telemedicine setting, comfortable managing a broad range of adult medical concerns, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual patient assessments, including medical history review, evaluation of symptoms, and development of treatment plans
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions within scope of practice
• Prescribe medications and treatments appropriately, including controlled substances in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Provide patient education on diagnoses, medications, treatment options, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in the electronic health record
• Collaborate closely with supervising physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care
• Support continuity of care through follow-up visits, care planning, and ongoing patient communication
• Adhere to all clinical, legal, regulatory, and telemedicine best practice standards in both Oregon and California
• Participate in team meetings, clinical collaboration, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant through the completion of an accredited NP or PA program
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience required
• Current Oregon and California licenses, or ability to obtain both
• Current DEA registration, or ability to obtain DEA licensure in applicable states
• Strong background in primary care and internal medicine
• Prior telemedicine experience preferred
• Proficiency with EHR systems and virtual care workflows
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and bedside manner in a remote setting
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader care team
