As a Physical Therapist at CDC, you will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team providing therapy services to children from birth through 21 years of age. Services are delivered in a variety of settings, including early intervention environments, preschools, and clinic/outpatient settings, allowing therapists to make a meaningful impact across multiple developmental stages.

Providing early intervention services in a child's natural environment</li><li>
Supporting inclusive preschool programs through embedded and/or pull-out therapy services</li><li>
Delivering therapy services in special education classrooms</li><li>
Providing clinical/outpatient therapy services for children ages birth&ndash;21</li></ul>

Primary Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>
Conducting developmental screenings and evaluations</li><li>
Developing and implementing treatment plans and Plans of Care</li><li>
Writing and monitoring IEPs and IFSPs</li><li>
Delivering therapy services and monitoring progress toward goals</li><li>
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation</li></ul>
This position requires travel within Natrona County.
