As a Physical Therapist at CDC, you will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team providing therapy services to children from birth through 21 years of age. Services are delivered in a variety of settings, including early intervention environments, preschools, and clinic/outpatient settings, allowing therapists to make a meaningful impact across multiple developmental stages.

Primary Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting developmental screenings and evaluations
• Developing and implementing treatment plans and Plans of Care
• Writing and monitoring IEPs and IFSPs
• Delivering therapy services and monitoring progress toward goals
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation

This position requires travel within Natrona County.
