If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing outstanding customer service, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and vibrant setting.Duties<ul><li>Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression for all visitors</li><li>Schedule appointments accurately using dental practice management- Softdent</li><li>Verify insurance coverage and benefits</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling inquiries and appointment requests efficiently</li><li>Maintain accurate dental billing and collections</li><li>Process dental billing and coding tasks</li><li>Assist with insurance verification, claims submission, and follow-up to optimize revenue cycle management</li><li>Support front desk operations by managing filing, data entry (including 10 key typing), and office organization tasks</li><li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient information and documentation review procedures</li><li>Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate care plans and coordinate patient intake processes</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist within a multi-specialty or dental clinic environment</li><li>Strong knowledge of dental management software</li><li>Familiarity with dental terminology, CPT coding, ICD coding (ICD-10/ICD-9), and dental billing practices</li><li>Experience with insurance verification processes</li><li>Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinic management software</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation review and health information management</li><li>Previous private dental office experience preferred; familiarity with HIPAA compliance essential</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude</li></ul>Join us to make a meaningful difference in patients&rsquo; lives by providing top-tier administrative support in a lively, caring dental practice!Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
