ChildsPlay Learning CenterWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. As a Toddler Teacher, you will play a key role in creating a nurturing, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children ages 12 months to 30 months.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.</li><li>Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity and discovery.</li><li>Foster strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and team members.</li><li>Monitor and document children's growth and developmental milestones; communicate progress with parents.</li><li>Adapt curriculum and provide support for children with developmental delays or special needs.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and child-accessible classroom.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity and enrichment across classrooms.</li><li>Participate in ongoing professional development and staff training.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>AA, CDA, or related field preferred (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education).</li><li>Previous experience in a preschool or early learning environment strongly preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood best practices.</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to create engaging, differentiated lesson plans.</li><li>Experience with toddler care or special education is a plus.</li><li>CPR/First Aid certification preferred (can be obtained after hire).</li><li>A warm, patient, and energetic demeanor with a true passion for nurturing young minds.</li></ul>Why Join ChildsPlay?At ChildsPlay Learning Center, we believe in building a strong educational foundation through love, creativity, and play.
