We celebrate the primal elements of fire, wine, horizon, and music, offering guests a vibrant and authentic experience.The RoleWe are looking for friendly, energetic Part Time Servers to join our opening team. At PRIMAL, service is casual yet elevated: guests will order at the central bar, but servers will play a key role in delivering food and drinks, guiding wine choices, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and engage guests with a warm and professional attitude.</li><li>Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately.</li><li>Provide basic wine knowledge and assist guests in exploring selections.</li><li>Maintain clean and organized service areas.</li><li>Work closely with the bar, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth service.</li><li>Support special events, live music nights, and private functions.</li><li>Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience as a server, food runner, or in customer service (hospitality preferred).</li><li>Positive attitude and strong communication skills.</li><li>Team player with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Interest in wine and food (wine knowledge is a plus, but training will be provided).</li><li>Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>$17.50 base pay (depending on experience)</li><li>Tips (expected to significantly increase hourly earnings)</li><li>Staff discounts on food &amp; wine</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a new and unique hospitality concept</li></ul>Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $17.50 - $20.00 la horaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
