Salary: $17.50 – $20 per hour + tips

About Us

PRIMAL at Hill Top Winery is a new wine bar and fire-driven kitchen concept in California’s Central Valley. We celebrate the primal elements of fire, wine, horizon, and music, offering guests a vibrant and authentic experience.

The Role

We are looking for friendly, energetic Part Time Servers to join our opening team. At PRIMAL, service is casual yet elevated: guests will order at the central bar, but servers will play a key role in delivering food and drinks, guiding wine choices, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests with a warm and professional attitude.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately.
• Provide basic wine knowledge and assist guests in exploring selections.
• Maintain clean and organized service areas.
• Work closely with the bar, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth service.
• Support special events, live music nights, and private functions.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a server, food runner, or in customer service (hospitality preferred).
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Team player with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in wine and food (wine knowledge is a plus, but training will be provided).
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

• $17.50 base pay (depending on experience)
