We are looking for a data-driven and technically skilled SEO Specialist to drive significant organic traffic and revenue growth across our national online platform.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist who will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive national e-commerce SEO strategy. A deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and proficiency with industry-leading tools like Semrush (or similar, such as Ahrefs, Moz, etc.) is essential. This role will focus on optimizing our large product catalog, category pages, and overall site architecture to maximize visibility in search engine results.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic &amp; Analytical SEO:<ul><li>Develop and execute a data-driven SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, keyword rankings, and organic revenue for our national e-commerce store.</li><li>Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis using Semrush and other tools to identify high-converting commercial and informational search opportunities for products and categories.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions, Core Web Vitals) using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Semrush.</li></ul>2. Technical SEO &amp; Site Performance:<ul><li>Perform regular site audits (with tools like Semrush Site Audit) to identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including crawl errors, indexation issues, site speed, mobile-friendliness, and structured data implementation.</li><li>Optimize site architecture, navigation, and internal linking structure across a large e-commerce catalog to improve crawlability and user experience.</li><li>Manage and implement best practices for canonicalization, pagination, and XML sitemaps.</li></ul>3. On-Page &amp; Content Optimization:<ul><li>Optimize all on-site elements, including product pages, category pages, blog content, meta tags, headers, and image alt text, ensuring alignment with keyword strategy and user search intent.</li><li>Collaborate with content and merchandising teams to create high-quality, SEO-friendly product descriptions, buying guides, and informational content that support the sales funnel.</li></ul>4. Off-Page SEO &amp; Authority:<ul><li>Assist in developing and implementing link-building strategies and digital PR campaigns to acquire high-quality, relevant backlinks and increase Domain Authority.</li><li>Monitor backlink profile health using Semrush Backlink Audit or similar tools and manage disavow efforts as needed.</li></ul>5.
