 Cinnamon Rolls, Cake Rolls, and other sweet rolled pastries

 Mix, knead, and proof dough following standard recipes and SOPs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor baking time and temperature to ensure consistent results and correct texture.
 </li>

 Prepare and handle
 
 fillings, toppings, glazes, frostings, and sweet sauces

 </li>
 <li>
 Work with
 
 ready-to-use fruits, fruit fillings, dessert toppings, and ice cream
 
 for plating and serving.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bake and finish
 
 cakes, cookies, croissants, and display items
 
 for the bakery counter.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in all kitchen areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize the workstation and manage the daily production schedule and stock levels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in developing
 
 new flavors, seasonal items, and creative dessert products
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the
 
 quality, texture, taste, and presentation
 
 of all products meet brand standards.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Required Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong experience in
 
 sweet doughs
 
 , especially
 
 cinnamon dough and cake-roll mixtures
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled in using bakery equipment (
 
 mixers, proofers, ovens, chillers, freezers
 
 ).
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of
 
 sauces, toppings, fruits, and ice cream
 
 used in desserts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in
 
 kitchen operations, organization, and basic inventory control
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven
 
 work experience in Kuwait
 
 in bakery/pastry or caf&eacute; concepts.
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail and product consistency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creativity in flavors, presentation, and developing new menu items.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under pressure during peak hours in a mall environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
