Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and develop high-quality Cinnamon Rolls, Cake Rolls, and other sweet rolled pastries .
  • Mix, knead, and proof dough following standard recipes and SOPs.
  • Monitor baking time and temperature to ensure consistent results and correct texture.
  • Prepare and handle fillings, toppings, glazes, frostings, and sweet sauces .
  • Work with ready-to-use fruits, fruit fillings, dessert toppings, and ice cream for plating and serving.
  • Bake and finish cakes, cookies, croissants, and display items for the bakery counter.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in all kitchen areas.
  • Organize the workstation and manage the daily production schedule and stock levels.
  • Support in developing new flavors, seasonal items, and creative dessert products .
  • Ensure the quality, texture, taste, and presentation of all products meet brand standards.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in sweet doughs , especially cinnamon dough and cake-roll mixtures .
  • Skilled in using bakery equipment ( mixers, proofers, ovens, chillers, freezers ).
  • Good knowledge of sauces, toppings, fruits, and ice cream used in desserts.
  • Experience in kitchen operations, organization, and basic inventory control .
  • Proven work experience in Kuwait in bakery/pastry or café concepts.
  • High attention to detail and product consistency.
  • Creativity in flavors, presentation, and developing new menu items.
  • Ability to work under pressure during peak hours in a mall environment.
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
