Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of construction-related skills and experience, enabling them to contribute effectively to various projects. This role requires hands-on expertise in multiple areas of construction, including concrete work, masonry, carpentry, and more. The Technician will be responsible for executing tasks on-site while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.Duties<ul><li>Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation for various construction projects.</li><li>Execute hardscape installations and masonry work with precision.</li><li>Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively on the job site.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution.</li><li>Conduct renovation tasks including plastering, trim carpentry, and stucco application.</li><li>Engage in roofing activities and frame carpentry as required by project specifications.</li><li>Operate heavy equipment safely to assist in construction tasks.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.</li><li>Participate in restoration projects as needed, demonstrating versatility across different trades.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety protocols.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in construction with a strong background in multiple trades such as concrete forming, masonry, carpentry, and roofing.</li><li>Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus.</li><li>Ability to perform tile laying and caulking tasks effectively.</li><li>Experience with metal stud framing and welding is desirable.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety regulations.</li><li>Excellent blueprint reading skills are essential for successful task execution.</li><li>Previous experience operating heavy equipment is preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques within the construction field is highly valued.
